  • Conduct Open Houses
  • Your listing will be on Zillow with the exclusive Zillow 3D tour.
  • Professional yard signage (Must be omitted if the community does not permit use signs)
  • Showings scheduled through me. Scheduling set up based on your needs.
  • Provide feedback on showings

OFFERS AND CONTINGENCIES


All offers are reviewed by us and the buyer's financial qualifications are verified. We negotiate on your behalf and mediate counter-offers to reach an agreement with the buyer. Contingencies and sale conditions are scrutinized to protect your interests and help you achieve the absolute best deal.


  • Present all offers with a net sheet and Negotiate on your behalf.
  • Communicate with the buyers lender to confirm their loan approval letter.
  • Attend inspections, final walk-through, and closing.
