My promise to you as a buyer's agent is to diligently work on your behalf, advocating for your best interests throughout the home buying process. Let’s get started:


       1. The first step to get your journey started is getting you qualified for a mortgage. If you need a referral I can match you with a lender and give you guidance on Financing Options: One of the most disappointing things we could do is to start viewing homes before knowing what is affordable.

 

       2. Once your budget is established we need to talk about your needs, wants, and your homeownership goals. Considering areas of interest, school needs, work commutes, and community amenities.

 

       3. I will set up an extensive search for available properties that match your criteria. This includes accessing listing databases, networking with other agents, and utilizing market knowledge to identify potential properties.


       4. I will schedule and coordinate property showings for you and accompany you to view the properties, provide insights about the features and condition of each property, and address any questions or concerns the buyer may have.


       5. I will analyze the local real estate market to help you understand current trends, pricing, and market conditions. I will provide information about comparable properties and recent sales to assist you in making informed decisions.

     

       6. Once we find a property they wish to purchase, I will assist in preparing a competitive offer. I will present the offer to the seller or the seller's agent and negotiate on your behalf to secure favorable terms and conditions.

 

       7. Once an offer is accepted, I will manage the transaction process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner. As your representative I will coordinate with other professionals involved, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth closing.

 

       8. I assist in conducting due diligence on the property, which may include arranging inspections, reviewing property disclosures, and guidance with any potential issues or concerns.

 

       9. Closing Assistance: The agent will guide the buyer through the closing process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, assisting with the final walkthrough, and being present during the closing to address any last-minute issues or questions.

 

     10. Even after the transaction is complete, I will continue to provide support and assistance. This can include recommending contractors, service providers, or answering any questions that may arise after moving into the new home.
